About you - HLTA - Daventry, Northamptonshire
Holds a recognised HLTA qualification or has substantial experience in a similar role
* Confident covering whole-class lessons across KS1 and KS2
* Experienced delivering targeted intervention groups to raise attainment
* Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Supports pupils with SEND and adapts learning to meet individual needs
* Works collaboratively with teachers and senior leaders
* Committed to a long-term role within a school setting
* Professional, reliable, and passionate about pupil progress
