In This Role, You’ll
What you’ll be doing
* Provide expert advice and support through our national CLA telephone service
* Help clients navigate SEN decisions, EHCPs and tribunal processes
* Deliver high-quality casework that truly changes lives
* Spot emerging issues and help us influence system-wide change
* Work with a passionate, values-driven team committed to justice and equality
* We’ll give you full training in education law, legal aid processes, tribunal work and our internal systems — so you’re set up to succeed.
What we’re looking for
What you’ll need
* Recent experience delivering advice to clients
* A structured, methodical approach to casework
* Strong communication skills — especially conveying complex information clearly
* A passion for fairness, inclusion, and empowering those who need it most
* Knowledge and experience of SEN law is essential.
What you need to know
Hours are negotiable
* The service operates between 9.00am to 6.00pm and cover will be arranged on a rota basis.
* Remote working will be considered
