3. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
4. Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favourable terms and conditions.
5. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
6. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfil their procurement needs.
8. Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities and cost analyses.
9. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement and supply chain function.
The Successful Applicant
10. Strong knowledge of procurement processes
11. Proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships effectively.
12. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
13. Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in procurement.
14. A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines
