Account Manager

Are you a proactive and customer-focused individual with a passion for building lasting relationships? We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join my clients’ growing B2B team in Letchworth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and enjoys being a key point of contact for clients.

In this role, you'll be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their continued satisfaction. You'll play a vital role in the sales cycle, from initial inquiry through to order fulfilment.

What you’ll be doing:

* Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.

* Understanding client requirements and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.

* Generating accurate and timely quotes for products and services.

* Processing customer orders efficiently and ensuring smooth delivery.

* Acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.

* Collaborating internally with other departments to ensure client needs are met.

* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

* There's also the potential to contribute to marketing efforts, including creating engaging social media posts for LinkedIn.

What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience in an account management or similar sales-focused role.

* Demonstrable experience in generating quotes and processing orders.

* A track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* A keen interest in, or ideally some knowledge of, AI tools like ChatGPT and how they can be used to enhance productivity or content creation.
