We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Initial Contact Worker to join the newly formed Front Hub team within Bromley’s Adult Social Care. This role will support the Initial Contact Team in providing high-quality service and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls, providing clear and concise information
* Work within a fast-paced environment to assess and triage referrals
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Care Act 2014
* Utilise LiquidLogic (LAS) to manage cases effectively
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a local authority setting
* Strong telephony and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a demanding role
* Knowledge of the Care Act 2014
