Seasalt Sidmouth, England, United Kingdom. Seasalt Sidmouth is offering a 16 hour permanent contract for a Supervisor role split over two 8 hour shifts, with weekend flexibility essential. The position supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, delivers exceptional customer service, maintains store appearance, and helps run the store day-to-day.

Responsibilities
* Supporting the management team in creating a service culture within the store team that puts the customer at the heart of everything they do
* Guiding the Sales Advisor team on how to recommend additional services to drive sales, including omni-channel selling, gathering customer data, and recommending add-on purchases
* Supporting the store leadership team with driving store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement
* Implementing store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines and using product, categories and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities
* Training the Sales Advisor team to have thorough knowledge of the brand, products, design inspiration and services
* Communicating store performances to the team and key stakeholders, providing regular feedback and highlighting risks and opportunities to sales
* Supporting the Store Manager with stock management, loss prevention, escalation and incident reporting, health and safety, GDPR, cash handling, key holder responsibilities and store safety standards
* Being a key-holder for the store and having sole responsibility for running the store when required

Coaching will come naturally; you’ll inspire your team with excellent product knowledge and lead by example with customer service. Driving sales, thinking commercially, and working towards KPI targets are important to this role. You should be adaptable and resilient, able to respond positively to change, and confident in giving feedback to all team members while sharing ideas with management to drive performance.
