About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering the food concept to company standards and exceeding guest expectations
* Managing food stock control, including ordering, deliveries, stock taking, and wastage control
* Supporting the Head Chef in kitchen operations and deputising in their absence
* Training and developing the kitchen team
* Ensuring Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance according to law and company policy
Previous experience in a busy kitchen is essential. You should be keen to develop, responsible, and able to remain calm under pressure.
