Responsibilities
* Leading a team of two within the pastry section
* Producing cakes, desserts, and baked goods for two coffee bars, a staff restaurant, and hospitality kitchens
* Reporting into the Executive Head Chef and supporting with menu development
* Managing and mentoring a Chef de Partie in pastry
* Maintaining consistency, quality and excellent food presentation
* Supporting innovation and seasonal menu planning
Qualifications
* Strong experience in a professional pastry environment
* A passion for innovation and delivering high-quality desserts and baked goods
* The ability to lead and motivate a small team
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to consistency

Role details
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, with a salary of £42,000 per annum.
