Role Brief
The post holder will be a full-time member of the affiliate network team, contributing to affiliate recruitment, onboarding, reporting, analysis, and support in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities
* Manage correspondence and support via the affiliate inbox.
* Support the affiliate phone line, logging calls and answering queries.
* Assist with platform training and technical support for affiliates.
* Recruit new affiliates in targeted locations.
* Onboard new affiliates and renew current ones, including ID verification calls for Garda Vetting.
* Identify and escalate negative feedback, quality concerns, and non-compliance issues.
* Support referrals needing additional attention, such as in-person or specialized referrals.
* Identify trends in the network, including location gaps and specialization needs.
* Support additional tasks as required by the Clinical Network Coordinator.
Requirements
* Qualifications at A level/leaving certificate or above.
* Skilled, sensitive communicator capable of working professionally and calmly with affiliates, providers, and users with special needs.
* Proficient in Outlook and Salesforce.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
Desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and colleagues.
* Strong written skills with keen attention to detail.
* Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
* Highly organized, capable of multitasking and managing time effectively.
* Experience in recruitment or similar roles is preferred but not essential.
* Genuine interest in people and a proactive attitude.
