The role
* Full responsibility for managing the safe, quality-led delivery of a £40m new build
* Leading site teams and key subcontractors
* Managing programme, cost, quality and client relationships
* Working closely with commercial, design and operational colleagues
What you'll need
* Proven experience delivering significant new build projects as a Project Manager
* Background with a main contractor (ideally Tier 1 or large Tier 2) - Open to all main contracting experience.
* Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills
* Passion for quality, safety and team development
