Overview
Director - Head of Legal, Co-Sec, Compliance, Financial Crime & Fraud Divisions. This is a senior corporate legal role for a well known financial services client. The role will be the lead corporate lawyer for the firm’s EMEA business, covering M&A activity, corporate restructurings, and supporting regulatory and commercial work. This position offers varied, meaningful work and the opportunity to make a genuine difference to the firm.
The business is performing well and has delivered strong profits in its last financial results.
They are looking for an experienced corporate lawyer who has advised on both public and private transactions and can contribute more than just deal experience. They are open to either straight law firm or in-house backgrounds, but require demonstrable financial services experience.
All applicants must be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or hold a common law equivalent. Sponsorship cannot be offered.
