Description
Secretarial Support:
Prepare and format legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, mortgage documents, and completion statements.
Draft routine correspondence and emails on behalf of the solicitor.
Audio and copy typing of legal documentation and client correspondence.
Client Liaison:
Communicate professionally with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors by telephone, email, and in person.
Maintain a high level of client care and confidentiality at all times.
File Management:
Open, maintain, and close client files in accordance with compliance procedures.
Conduct Land Registry and local authority searches.
Ensure all files are up to date and comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.
