Join Our Team as a Reinstatement Supervisor!
Are you ready to take the lead in delivering top-notch reinstatement services? As a Reinstatement Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our dedicated reinstatement teams across various contracts. If you have experience with tarmac, modular, and rigid surfaces, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work and strive for excellence, ensuring every task is completed right the first time.
Your Role
Your team will work on public highways, building sites, and private residential properties, all while prioritizing safety and responsibility. You’ll be the driving force behind meeting client needs in the most cost-effective way possible, providing technical expertise and collaborating with your team to deliver exceptional service.
In this role, you will:
* Engineer on-site solutions and guide your teams to achieve first-time completion.
* Collaborate with the scheduling team to manage and deliver project timelines effectively.
* Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure smooth operations and maintain our business and client database systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily activities of the reinstatement teams, ensuring operational excellence.
* Organize labor efficiently, including recruitment, disciplinary actions, and absence management.
* Coach and develop staff, fostering a fair and consistent team culture.
* Manage the frame and cover program, ensuring KPIs are consistently met.
* Oversee the defect program and attend Highway Meetings to maintain compliance.
* Utilize your knowledge of reinstatement for utilities to enhance service delivery.
* Maintain a strong customer focus in all interactions.
* Use Modular+ and Client Computer systems to provide commercial and reinstatement feedback.
* Liaise with Support Services and Street Works Team to manage FPN and Section 74 liabilities.
* Conduct team inspections to ensure high compliance and quality standards.
* Act as a Health & Safety Representative, conducting inspections and addressing safety concerns.
Experience and Qualifications
* Solid understanding and experience in the Utilities industry.
* Previous involvement in civils-related projects.
* NRASWA qualification is essential.
* Full and clean driving license.
* Strong awareness of health and safety regulations.
* Proficient in basic software packages and computer literate.
