We are looking for an Operations Manager to join the Frontier team, based at Market Drayton, on a permanent, full-time basis.
You will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and service delivery at the Market Drayton and Eccleshall sites. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering a positive, collaborative culture focused on a customer first approach, while ensuring that all Frontier sites operate safely, legally, and in full compliance.

Excellent communications skills with the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally at all levels with key customers & local authorities
Motivate and create a positive team environment while providing team with clear direction, while using delegation appropriately to ensure team development
Ability to adapt quickly to accommodate changing business and customer needs, while providing a responsive customer focussed service
Attention to detail providing high levels of accuracy
Experience of managing P&Ls
Experience of leading, managing and developing teams
Your Role
As an Operations Manager your role will involve:
Lead and manage multi product line sites (Seed, Crop Protection, Retail)
Ensure sites within the region remain safe, legal, and compliant
Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders within the region
Develop sites and team members
Drive efficiencies and challenge the process to ensure that the sites functions operate to best practice while maintain high levels of customer service
Create a customer first culture
Ensure compliance with the company Health, Safety and Environmental policies
Plan and deliver budgets including CapEx and R&M for the region
