As the Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll be responsible for the management of orders across key accounts, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure order fulfilment targets within KPI’s.
Responsibilities
A key role in our supply chain team, the main responsibility is to process and manage all Customer Orders – both manual and via SAP. You’ll be the link between sales and planning teams, from both ends of the Supply Chain whilst continuing to develop the relationship between the two.
1. Liaising between Customers and 3rd party distributers
2. Managing and updating key reports based on orders placed including liaising with warehouse and hauliers as required.
3. Compiling shortage sheets and updating service levels
4. Investigate better ways of working and assist implementation.
5. Provide cover for all other Customer accounts as required.
6. Investigate cost saving measures wherever possible.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with previous experience of working in a similar role, with good administration and communication skills. You’re organised, with a proactive approach to tasks and have good attention to detail. We look for people who are focused on getting results, embrace learning and bring positive energy, combining initiative with a sense of teamwork and collaboration.
7. Understanding of Supply Chain/logistics within a FMCG Company would be an advantage.
8. Experience user of SAP or similar system would be desirable.
9. Customer Service/Customer facing experience.
10. You’re a good communicator, personable you’re used to speaking and dealing with people.

12. Intermediate Microsoft Excel and comfortable with lots of data
