We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Compliance Team in a newly created role. This position will focus on tracking and monitoring DMC (Damp, Mould, and Condensation) works, as well as jobs falling under Awaab’s Law. As this is a brand new role, you’ll have the chance to shape processes and ways of working, making a real impact from day one.

What we are looking for
If you are highly organised, passionate about delivering outstanding service to our customers, and experienced in managing systems and databases with strong IT skills, we’d love to hear from you. In this role, you’ll play a central part in tracking DMC works, along with jobs falling under Awaab’s Law, while also supporting the coordination of cyclical maintenance programmes and remedial work helping to ensure North Star remains safe, compliant, and resilient.
