Hays is working with an Academy based in Bradford for the temporary recruitment of an HR Generalist to deliver an effective and efficient HR service, coordinating HR and recruitment activities, and managing HR Administration colleagues. Support the implementation of the Trust's HR policies, leadership development, and HR strategy aligned with school improvement priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Policy Implementation: Manage ER casework, liaise with trade unions, and escalate cases as needed.
2. HR Advisory: Coach and advise leadership and middle leaders on HR processes.
3. Recruitment Management: Oversee recruitment procedures, onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with safer recruitment legislation.
4. HR Service Delivery: Ensure robust processes and systems for accuracy and compliance with employment legislation.
5. Employee Wellbeing: Support attendance and wellbeing activities, manage OH referrals.
6. HR Reporting: Produce reports with key HR data and metrics for senior leadership.
