Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £23, to £25, per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Weekly Contractual Hours: 37.5 (Monday - Thursday)
Location: Magnox, Oldbury Naite, Oldbury-on-Severn, Bristol, Bristol, England, BS35 1RQ

Note: A valid UK driving licence and your own vehicle are required, as there is no public transport to the site.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our Mitie Team to provide administrative support in a varied and interesting role.

Ideally with an administrative or customer services background, you should have strong IT skills with Microsoft office, have provided a good customer services experience, be able to prioritise, multi-task and be able to work to deadlines.

Main Duties

The main duties include complying with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, acting as a central contact for the team by fielding and redirecting calls as necessary, and raising purchase orders for suppliers and sub-contractors. The role involves managing tasks within the CAFM system, supporting monthly reporting, and managing documents uploaded to the Shared Drive. Coordination of Waste Service bookings and issuing relevant documentation is required, along with ensuring that complaints are handled appropriately. The candidate will be responsible for answering all telephone calls internally and externally in a professional and timely manner, ensuring messages are returned appropriately. Additional responsibilities include organizing vehicle servicing and managing bookings for fleet cars, recording annual leave requests and absence records, franking outgoing mail from the site, processing orders for PPE, uniforms, and stationery, as well as minute-taking. The role also entails undertaking any additional duties or responsibilities deemed necessary by the business to support the daily operation of the contract.
