Your Responsibilities as Chef de Partie
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and precision
* Manage your section efficiently, ensuring a smooth service
* Contribute to seasonal menu development and special event catering
* Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
* Support and train junior kitchen staff when required
* Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and wider brigade to deliver an exceptional dining experience

About You
* Proven Chef de Partie experience, or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up
* Background in high-end hospitality, premium catering, or contract catering preferred
* Confident with modern cooking techniques and kitchen operations
* Excellent communication and teamworking skills
* High standards of organisation, cleanliness, and attention to detail
* Genuine passion for delivering nutritious, high-quality meals
* Food Safety Level 2 required (higher qualifications desirable)
