The successful candidate will be joining a team of five and will be trained to support & deliver various logistical solutions to our clients.
The role is desk/office based and all the team are cross trained to support customer service, operations and sales activities.
Duties are mostly conducted using various online portals and software such as Microsoft packages to log, track, request and store information.
Daily activities include:
* Tracking our clients shipments to spot and solve issues.
* Answering the customer service phone and outbound telephone communication to suppliers, customers and partners.
* Solving inbound queries from clients via phone and email.
* Making online bookings for clients, managing logistical tasks, projects and activities.
* Speaking to existing clients to help solve challenges and to promote our services.

Educated to GCSE A-C in English and Maths required. Ability to use MS packages, outlook, word, excel.
Hours will be Thursday and Fridays 9am-5pm to start with the opportunity for more hours to cover team holidays and as our business grows.
