Salary – Up to £30,000, + Commission (OTE £48,000- £84,000)
Full license and own car required.
Hours - Monday – Friday – 8:30am – 6pm, Saturday (Rota) 9am – 5pm, 5-day week, day off in lieu.

Job requirement:
* Minimum 3 years management experience
* At least 2 years’ experience in Lettings
* Strong leadership and team-building abilities
* Good communication skills
* Self-motivated and target driven
* Full UK driving licence (Must own a car)
Responsibilities:
* Manage the day to day running of the lettings department
* Identifying areas of improvement and drive growth and market share by overseeing and participating in all aspects of lettings
* Setting and reviewing of office and personal targets
* Monitor and motivate the Lettings team
