Senior Business Analyst (Contract) - Salesforce / CRM My Client is urgently recruiting for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major CRM and digital transformation programme. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to analyse business needs, map processes, define requirements, and support the delivery of Salesforce and cloud-based solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong Higher Education or Public Sector experience who can confidently operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities across CRM, sales, and cloud transformation workstreams. Engage with senior stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements. Analyse existing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement. Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Work closely with technical teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with business objectives. Support testing, user adoption, and change management. Produce high-quality documentation including process maps, data models, and project artefacts.
