Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Belfast, UK
Contract Duration: 3-4 Months

About the Role:
The Customer Service Executive is the first point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring all customer orders are delivered on time and in full.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the order lifecycle
* Maximize customer satisfaction and order accuracy
* Build strong relationships with customers, sales, and logistics teams
* Handle incoming customer queries and requests promptly
* Improve service levels collaboratively with internal teams
* Prepare and analyze reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
* Enhance customer service processes continually
* Resolve issues within the sales organization
* Support system and process improvement initiatives
* Assist with billing, clearing, and customer spend processing
* Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the line manager
Required Skills:

Educational Requirements:
* 5 GCSEs A-C, including Maths and English
