Commercial Maintenance Plumber – £38k – Temp to perm position. Derby Kingsway.
You will have a recognised qualification in Hot Water Systems including Unvented Hot Water Systems, a recognised qualification in Plumbing, an awareness of Water Hygiene Management including Legionella prevention and a proven experience in an FM or building services maintenance position
Working in a mental healthcare environment, you will ensure PPM and reactive maintenance is carried out, you will organise and manage the mechanical maintenance schedule in compliance and as detailed in the CAFM system.
Where necessary, organise and manage external maintenance contractors to ensure mechanical, electrical, and building fabric maintenance schedules are carried out.
