What you will do:
* Oversee and support foster families, ensuring they receive appropriate guidance, resources, and professional support.

* Stay up to date with legislation, policies, and best practices in fostering and child welfare.
Requirements:
* Qualification: MA Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, or equivalent social work qualification
* Experience: Minimum of four years’ post-qualifying experience working with children and families
* Sector knowledge: Experience in a regulated environment and working with external partners such as local authority social workers
* Service development: Experience reviewing, developing, and evaluating services
