Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain confidentiality while providing exceptional support.
Duties
* Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as required.
* Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Handle data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up to date.
* Maintain filing systems and assist with clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
* Communicate effectively via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the Director as needed.
* Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.

Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
