ABOUT THE ROLE
Play a crucial part in developing and executing a content strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals. You’ll create engaging content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, videos, and more, ensuring it resonates with the target audience. A key aspect of the role will be building and maintaining relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers, while also curating user-generated content to showcase the community’s passion. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of traditional marketing, including out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and how it can complement digital efforts. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, lead exciting campaigns, and contribute to the company’s growth in a creative and supportive environment.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
This role requires someone with strong content strategy experience, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a proven track record in influencer and ambassador relationship management. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of traditional marketing, including out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and how it can complement digital efforts. They should be creative, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining a keen eye on trends and performance. Additionally, they should be comfortable jumping into filming and editing content when needed. Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 Base Salary
