The Deerhound Inn is a classic country pub with a modern, stylish feel, offering a relaxed and comfy place to eat and drink. The sunny terrace is great for topping up the tan over lunch or early dinner, and we offer an extensive list of drinks. Our food is served at reasonable prices in a friendly atmosphere.
Responsibilities
* Be a top‑notch chef who can cook, taste, and make our food the talk of the town.
* Lead from the front, run shifts and manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
* Passionately champion exceptional food and service, ensuring everything we serve is made with love.
* Bring a personal touch, as we value individuals over robots.
* Maintain kitchen health and safety, staying fully up‑to‑speed with legislation and standards.
* Raise the spirits of your brigade, providing training or simply making someone smile.
