We are seeking experienced Software Engineers to join our EW (Electronic Warfare) line of business. If you have technical expertise in real-time embedded systems and are eager to expand your skillset, knowledge and decision-making capabilities, this role will provide the foundation for your growth.
Responsibilities
* Deliver and integrate high-quality real-time embedded software, ensuring reliability in critical applications.
* Support and motivate others working with in multi disciplined teams
* Influence the development approach considering design principles, modularity and reuse, best practice, toolchain and much more.
* Develop your expertise in an environment that prioritises learning, mentorship, and career progression.
* Work closely our engineering teams, contributing to multidisciplinary solutions.
What You’ll Bring
* C++ software engineering expertise
* Hands on Integration
* Object Orientation
* Linux / VXWorks (Desirable)
* Requirements Engineering
* High integrity e.g. RTCA-DO178C

This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
