Responsibilities Managing procurement documentation and approvals to maintain compliance. Assisting in tracking expenses against the agreed logistics budget. Keeping records of all supplier agreements and contract renewal dates. Maintaining accurate records of procurement, expenses, and cost-saving initiatives. Preparing reports and presentations for senior management on budget performance. Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points. Managing documentation, filing systems, and correspondence. Handling any additional administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.
