Senior Business Analyst – Bupa Occupational Health, Kirkstall Forge, Leeds, England, UK.
Permanent position. Salary: from £39,000 per annum plus fantastic benefits. 37.5 hours per week. We consider all types of flexibility, including locations, hours and working patterns.

How you'll help us make health happen
* Business partnering for the Richmond Villages operations to maintain and/or improve operational performance of the portfolio, including support costs applicable across the portfolio.
* Development and production of regular and ad‑hoc reporting/analysis to support decision making.
* Perform and support investment appraisal of operational proposals that apply across the Richmond Villages portfolio, ensuring subsequent monitoring and working proactively and collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver expected benefits.
* Act as subject‑matter expert for projects that drive change across the Villages portfolio, which may include introduction of new systems and processes. These projects will usually have significant financial targets attached and will involve influencing senior stakeholders.
* Assist in the coordination of the ground‑up planning and budgeting process for the portfolio alongside the Finance Business Partners, ensuring that top‑down business forecasts are reconciled to the bottom‑up process.
* Promote a culture of data analytics supporting the wider data strategy, using data to aid operational decision making.
* The role is primarily office‑based at Kirkstall Forge but will involve some UK travel to other office locations.
You
* Finance experience including reporting, planning, forecasting and cost control.
* Flexible, objective and pragmatic; able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and provide insightful, balanced views on business risks and issues.
* Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, with an emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes through consultation and conciliation.
* Objective, analytical and lateral thinking with a can‑do attitude; able to summarise and communicate complex technical issues.
* Part‑time or newly qualified accountant, or qualified by experience.
