Role Description We’re hiring a Support Worker in Kent, UK (full-time, on-site). As a Support Worker, you’ll provide hands-on care and emotional support to individuals in need. You’ll help with daily living tasks, promote independence, and ensure each person’s safety and well-being. The role involves close collaboration with families and teams, following safeguarding standards, and making a genuine difference every day.
