Job: F&B Assistant at Cowley Manor
Based in: Cowley, Cheltenham
Reports to: Restaurant Manager
DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Be present throughout service
ensuring the smooth running of all operations.
* Assist in setting and maintaining
the company standards for the restaurant service and food quality. All while adhering to our principle of aiming to
provide the best experience without a hint of pretension.
* Greet and interact with guests.
* Ensure that the client is seated, provided with
a menu, and thoroughly taken care of from that point forward.
* Present and explain the menu to
guests.
* Create a welcoming environment for
guests, assess their needs and make recommendations. Be familiar with the food
menu to make sure to deliver the best recommendations.
* Take and serve food and drinks
orders.
* Deliver bills and charge guests.
* Set up the table and ensure the good overall presentation
of the restaurant.
* Apply all food and beverage safety
and quality regulations.
* Comply with all reasonable direction and/or
requests from the Management Team.

* Experience in a similar role within
a comparable venue.
* Have an appetite for teamwork.
* Excellent
organisational skills.
* Be well spoken with excellent
communication skills.
* Attention to details and customer
needs.
* Social, engaging, and motivated.
* Flexibility to respond quickly and
positively to a range of work situations.
* Proof of eligibility to work in the
UK.
