Due to the award of a major development in the Newport area, they have approached us with the requirement to recruit a Project Manager on a permanent basis. As PM, you will be No.1 on the project, reporting to the area Operations Manager. Managing and directing a large project team and ensuring that the project runs to program and specification, this is a very key appointment for the business. Due to the nature of the project, our client is looking specifically for a Project Manager from a main contracting background, who is keen to move into a residential biased field.
