This role blends sales, relationship management, and technical insurance expertise to deliver tailored risk solutions and build long-term partnerships.## Key Responsibilities:* **Lead Generation & Conversion**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through campaigns, referrals, and networking.* **Client Engagement**: Build strong relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and present appropriate insurance solutions.* **Quote Delivery**: Prepare and deliver competitive insurance quotes, meeting income and referral targets.* **Policy Coordination**: Manage documentation, ensure compliance, and facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients.* **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.* **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with directors, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.* **Customer Service**: Maintain high standards of service and professionalism throughout the sales cycle.## Candidate Profile:* CII qualified (or working towards)* Proven sales experience - insurance experience beneficial* Strong negotiation and communication skills* Confident handling complex risks* Highly organized and self-motivated* Experience with insurance systems (e.g., Acturis Systems) preferred* Full, clean driving licenseA career that you define.
