What you’ll be doing: Leading fit sessions and working closely with suppliers and factories to ensure our vision comes to life. Managing all stages of sealing, approving graded spec charts, and keeping documents aligned with the critical path. Collaborating with designers (both in-house and freelance) to keep collections moving on time. Partnering with design and production teams to deliver high-quality, on-trend womenswear across multiple categories. What we’re looking for: "MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED Recent experience as a Womenswear Garment Technologist and solid experience within a UK high street brand or UK supplier ( realistically a Senior GT for 5 years ). Solid knowledge of garment construction, grading, and fit processes. Strong track record in maintaining quality standards and managing the critical path. Organised, efficient, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease. A team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere.
