Job Title: Payroll Analyst
Location: London - 2 / 3 days in the office
Duration: 12 months contract
Required Qualifications/Work Experiences
* Experience in payroll processing, forecasting, budgeting, modelling, and analysis.
* Experience working with a high volume of data.
* Variance analysis skills.
* Media industry experience (if applicable).
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proficiency in advanced Excel, Hyperion (or similar tools).
* Experience collaborating with pan-regional and cross-functional teams.
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
* Experience with analytical tools such as SmartView, Tableau (or similar).
* Market knowledge of specified territories.
* Commercial awareness of industry trends and macro/microeconomic factors.
* Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills to operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Relationship-building skills.
* Highly numerate and analytical.
* Ability to communicate and present data and analysis concepts to non-finance personnel.
* Curiosity and research skills to understand financial details thoroughly.
