We're looking for a strategic yet hands-on Marketing Manager with the drive to transform brand visibility and performance across both digital and traditional platforms.
This is a brand-new position, created to bring marketing in-house for the first time. Reporting directly to the company’s senior leadership, you’ll have full autonomy to develop strategy, execute impactful campaigns, and work collaboratively with a small but high-energy team. You’ll also manage your own budget and partner with external agencies where needed.
Whether you’re planning national POS rollouts for distributor partners or crafting punchy email and social content, you’ll have the freedom and flexibility to make your mark, and be supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the full marketing strategy from scratch
* Drive distributor brand visibility through targeted POS and campaign planning
* Manage the BigCommerce ecommerce site and ensure effective digital promotion
* Produce compelling marketing content for digital, print, and events
* Oversee and analyse marketing activity for ROI and performance improvement
* Collaborate with external agencies, maintaining quality and brand consistency
* Support trade shows and promotional events to boost brand exposure
* Align marketing efforts with sales enablement tools and collateral

* Exceptional writing and content creation skills
* Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
* Strong project management and analytical abilities
* A proactive, positive mindset and eagerness to learn
Desirable:
* Experience working with distributors or merchant-focused businesses
* Familiarity with BigCommerce or similar ecommerce platforms
* Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
