Role
You will lead a team of performance specialists focusing on brand awareness across programmatic, direct display, and paid social. You bring depth of specialization and hands‑on planning & buying experience in at least one of those channels. This highly client‑facing role requires using your breadth of experience to solve client challenges efficiently.
Your responsibilities include leading workstreams across channels—innovation, measurement, annual planning, partner negotiations, and management—while leading performance client relationships. You will line‑manage channel managers and coach them through team management. You will report to the Executive Director and deploy the workstreams with their support.
You will manage, develop, and upskill a regional team of digital specialists and, beyond Tinder, will be a leader within the Performance Community. You’ll support new business pitches, team training, and mentor junior colleagues.

Specific Responsibilities
* Key stakeholder management across Tinder team
* Direct management of the Director of Performance and support in managing their team of performance specialists
* Connection and collaboration across the local countries
* Defining key priorities and workstreams for Tinder at a regional level, collaborating with local teams
* Driving connection and knowledge sharing between OMC teams and agencies for Tinder across markets
* Part of OMD EMEA Performance Community leadership, helping define agency priorities and contributing to internal workstreams and knowledge sharing
Skills and Experience Requirements
* Years of demonstrable experience managing digital media
* Proven ability to independently manage multiple departments and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
* Knowledge of media agency ecosystem
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Proven background in performance media, with expertise across paid search, paid social, programmatic, direct display, and eCommerce, and depth of specialization in at least one
* Activation experience, coupled with strategic expertise
* Excellent team management
* Collaborative environment experience, manage and influence key stakeholders including executive team members to ensure project deployment and delivery
* International experience with familiarity with local market nuances and vendors
* Comfort managing client and colleague relationships, experience managing a team of specialists and ensuring output quality
* Specialization in at least one digital channel with understanding of activation work
* Experience driving JBPs with key media partners and coaching team to select partners aligned to strategic goals
* Support client digital measurement agenda, connecting KPIs to business outcomes
* Leadership of performance team overseeing output for clients
* Understanding of basic principles across all paid digital channels (Programmatic Video & Display, Search, Social, Affiliates, eCommerce)
* Knowledge of Ad‑Tech ecosystem focusing on creative delivery and tracking via adserver
* Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture)
* Planning across paid channels with audience generation/selection or collection via adserver/pixel/DMP
* Understanding of publishers, technology platforms, KPI selection, bid management platforms, and optimisation
* Experience managing people and developing careers through learning programs
* Media activation experience with QA, reporting, insights, and finance
* Brand safety and fraud prevention techniques
* Ownership of media plan for performance channels, challenging and managing teams for strategic excellence and effective testing

Omnicom Media Group supports flexible working with a hybrid model: three days in office, two days remote. Standard hours 9:30–17:30 with core hours 10:30–16:30 available for flexibility.
