Our client, a leading customer communications company, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team of customer-focused solutions providers.
As an Account Manager, you will be leading a small team of internal Account Executives as part of the wider Customer Service department. Ensuring all customers receive the best possible customer experience whilst supporting and managing a busy team.
Main Duties:
* Ensure exemplary customer service is delivered at all times across your team
* Ensure scheduled reports and tasks are completed in full and on time for your team
* Work with the Senior Account Managers to support colleagues and delegate tasks across the team where relevant
* Point of escalation for customer complaints
* Support team to deliver resolutions for ongoing service issues
* Formalise and document best practice for processes across your team
* Prioritise workload to ensure a balanced approach to reacting to incoming requests whilst monitoring ongoing projects and supporting your team’s workload
* Co-ordinate internal departments and external suppliers to deliver projects on time and to customers’ expectations
* Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on ongoing projects
* Contribute to resource planning for any absence across the team and to support project work
* Provide monthly reporting to Senior Account Manager / Account Director on individual and team KPIs
Skills/Experience:
* Previous experience working within a customer facing role
* Use of information technology such as Microsoft, Excel, Explorer and office products
* 3 GCSE’s (including Maths and English) at A-C grade or equivalent
