What You’ll Be Doing
14. Preparing, priming, and painting vehicles to a high standard using approved methods
15. Carrying out paint repairs with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
16. Ensuring smooth, flawless finishes that meet manufacturer and internal quality standards
17. Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and following health and safety regulations
18. Collaborating with the workshop team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience as a Paint Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
20. Strong knowledge of modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
21. ATA accreditation or willingness to achieve is desirable
22. Passion for delivering high-quality work and excellent results
23. A team player who acts with integrity and takes responsibility for their work
