We’re working with a well‑established organisation based in Prescot who are looking to bring in a bright, capable individual to support the day‑to‑day running of the business across administration, coordination, and project support.
This is an office‑based, hands‑on role suited to someone who is early in their career but eager to progress, enjoys variety, and wants exposure to how a business operates as a whole. The role will start in a supportive, admin‑focused capacity but is designed to grow and evolve as you do.
The role will involve:
Supporting day‑to‑day office and business administration
Coordinating information between teams and stakeholders
Assisting with projects, schedules, and internal processes
Producing and maintaining documentation, reports, and trackers
Supporting senior team members with organisational and operational tasks
Getting involved where needed and helping keep things running smoothlyThis role would suit someone who:
Is degree educated (or equivalent professional experience)
Has some office, admin, coordination, or operations experience
Is organised, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility
Learns systems quickly and is confident using Microsoft Office
Enjoys variety and isn’t looking for a rigid, tick‑box role
