Hours:
1. 6 hours per week during term time.
2. 10 hours per week during school holidays.

About the Role:
We are seeking a patient and reliable support worker to assist a child with complex physical and learning needs. The role involves providing one‑to‑one support at home and in the community, ensuring safety, comfort, and inclusion in everyday activities.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Supporting engagement in activities.
5. Providing emotional reassurance and supervision.
6. Supporting social interaction and inclusion.
7. Assisting with mobility and ensuring community safety.
8. Supporting attendance at activities and appointments.
About the Child:
The child requires a high level of adult support, including assistance with mobility and all aspects of personal care. The child communicates through non‑verbal means and benefits from calm, consistent support. Some medical needs are present; full guidance and training will be provided.

9. Patient, caring, and understanding.
10. Able to build a positive, trusting relationship.
11. Flexible and reliable.
12. Experience or knowledge of supporting children with additional needs is essential.
