* Lead, support, and empower Neighbourhood Coordinators and Enforcement Case Coordinators
* Guide complex casework, safeguarding, and tenancy enforcement
* Build strong partnerships with police, social care,?health?and community agencies
* Drive service improvementstreamline processes, embed new ways of working, and use data to sharpen performance
* Represent us at multi-agency forums (MARAC, MAPPA, safeguarding panels)
* Champion a consistent, customer-first approach across everything we do?
What You Bring
* Solid experience in housing or neighbourhood management
* Strong understanding of tenancy law, ASB, and safeguarding
* A confident people-manager who brings out the best in a team
* Skilled at partnership working and managing challenging situations
* Analytical mindsetcomfortable with data, systems, and improving processes
* Resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused
