£25,500 pa, OTE £51,000 pa uncapped + car + benefits

Renault London Westseeks an experienced New Car Sales Executive to join our busy dealership at on the West Cross Industrial Park.

Renault Retail Group is a national network of automotive dealerships representing the brands Renault, Dacia, Nissan and Alpine. We are Renault’s largest dealer group selling 1 in every 5 Renault in the UK and we are 100% owned by Renault.

As our New Car Sales Executive, you will be joining a talented Dacia Sales Team that prides itself on providing excellent customer care, based at our high profile dealership. Our large, lively showroom features new cars from the popular Renault and Dacia ranges. You will also be selling add-ons, e.g. finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other add-ons, all of which enhance your own personal earnings. You will be welcomed by our friendly and highly-motivated team who currently sit high in national league tables for units sold and customer satisfaction (NPS score).

Strong public demand has led to us opening up this exciting job vacancy where you will be helping us to showcase the latest models including all-new Bigster, Duster, Spring and Sandero. Updated trims, models and all-new releases are planned in the coming months for which you will be included on launch events at the dealership and off-site secret track locations.

You must have current job experience in motor vehicle retail.If you’ve worked as a CarSales Executive with other Dacia franchises before, so much the better!

To be successful, you must be committedto succeed, have a greatcareer history in commission-based sales (ideally in motor retail), and have superb interpersonaland customer service skills.

You must hold a Full UK Driver’s license in order to be considered for this role. It is essential for our company car insurance, carrying out test drives and eligibility to our Company Car scheme.

Hours of work

You will be expected to work an average minimum of45hours per week working on a 2-week variable rota pattern defined by the Company. You will work 5 days one week and 6 days the following week, including Saturdays and Sundays as follows:

* Monday to Friday, working between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm for a total of 9 to 8.5 working hours per day. Starting at 8.30am week 1 and 8am week 2
* Saturdays, working between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm for a total of 7.5 working hours per day
* Sundays, working between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm for a total of 6 working hours per day

In return we offer our New Car Sales Executive a basic salary of £25,550 per annum, uncapped commission OTE £51,000 pa plus a company car from day one.
