About the Role
Our client is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Marketing & Tourism Executive to join the marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving domestic and international visitor footfall, increasing customer engagement, and enhancing destination profile within the tourism sector.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Executive, you will lead tourism-focused campaigns, manage visitor incentive schemes including Visitor Rewards and support high-impact marketing communications across digital, events, and trade channels.
This is a hands-on role within a collaborative and agile team, offering real ownership and visibility across campaigns and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Tourism & Trade Marketing
Deliver targeted tourism marketing campaigns to drive international and domestic visitors
Manage relationships with international agencies and represent the company at B2B trade shows
Build strong partnerships with hotels, concierges, venues and tourism stakeholders
Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports with clear ROI insights
Lead tourism communications via CRM platforms (e.g. Coniq)
Align campaigns with global event calendars to maximise visitor opportunities
Visitor Rewards & Promotions
Develop and execute compelling Visitor Rewards campaigns
Manage campaign planning and in-centre activations
Coordinate promotional staffing during peak trading periods
Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness
Events & Campaign Delivery
Support and deliver tourism-led events and activations
Brief agencies, oversee implementation, and produce post-campaign analysis
Represent the company at networking and tourism events
Brand & Digital
Collaborate on delivery of the One Wembley Park loyalty programme
Coordinate with digital agencies on website updates, SEO and blog content
Ensure brand consistency across website and social platforms
Support digital storytelling and influencer content initiatives
Stakeholder & Partnership Management
Maintain relationships with key local partners including local hotels
Work cross-functionally with Guest Services, PR teams and brand partners
Support board-level reporting with data-driven insights
Duty Management
Act as Duty Manager during key weekends, overseeing centre operations and ensuring exceptional customer experience
About You
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and confident marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail or destination environment.
Essential:
Experience in marketing within retail, tourism, hospitality or events
Strong digital marketing and content knowledge (SEO, website, CRM)
Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills
Confident communicator with strong reporting and analytical ability
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
Desirable:
Experience in destination or international tourism marketing
Retail destination marketing experience
Familiarity with shopper behaviour insights
