Salary range: £61,653 - £65,181 p.a. inc. London weighting

Contract: Permanent

Hours of work: 36 hours per week

Location: Civic centre and other locations from time to time

The Post

The Change and Improvement team are at the centre of the council’s transformation agenda, working across the organisation and with partners to deliver improved outcomes for Brent through the Embrace Change Programme, Digital Roadmap and aligned initiatives.

This post is an incredible opportunity for someone with a passion for innovation and collaboration who is ready to lead and deliver a wide range of challenging, cross‑cutting projects, developing new approaches and utilising innovative techniques to achieve efficiencies, improved services and new ways of working.


The Person

We are seeking a self‑motivated and innovative individual. The right candidate will have significant experience of people and programme management, and a proven ability to build constructive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders including senior managers, statutory partners, community and voluntary sector leads and residents.
