Position Overview The Enterprise Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact for prospective Enterprise customers with Arctic Wolf. The team consists of dedicated, positive, and hardworking individuals focused on achieving success for themselves, the sales team, and the company. Arctic Wolf Networks seeks self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented, and creative sales team members eager to develop their careers in sales. This role is based full-time in our Newcastle office, supporting our Swedish operations.Primary Responsibilities and Duties
* Qualify and generate high volumes of leads and opportunities primarily through marketing and outbound activities via phone, internet, and social media, using a flexible script.
* Build introductions based on industry insights, handle objections, and close meetings.
* Relay lead information to sales team members for validation.
* Research accounts using buying intent technology such as TechTarget, ZoomInfo, and 6Sense.
* Make outbound calls and send emails, targeting 100 dials and 200 emails daily.
* Implement monthly outbound prospecting programs in coordination with sales and marketing teams.
* Collaborate with account executives, demand generation, and field marketing teams to build a qualified pipeline.
* Follow up creatively on inbound leads to increase engagement.
* Use Outreach tools for prospecting, leveraging email templates and scripts, and suggest events for engagement.
* Attend events and trade shows with sales and marketing teams to qualify leads and connect with prospects.
* Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in demand and pipeline generation activities.
* Experience with business development tools for prospecting and social selling.
