The successful capacity analyst will support the delivery of capacity insight and data analysis within the UK’s largest Water and Wastewater Company.

* Working with a variety of field-based teams as well as internal stakeholders to generate value-adding management information and analysis, providing valuable insight into the performance of our field-based teams.
* Creating and defining capacity plans, embedding these within the business and ensuring their validity.
* Profiling and redistributing workload demand to minimise spikes and maximise the deliverability of work for our field teams.
* Maintaining and building upon a suite of Power BI reports to ensure up-to-date capacity and performance data is always available to our stakeholders.
* Working with large data sets, drawn from a wide variety of internal and external sources, and interrogating the information to define and deliver effective solutions.
* Maintaining data quality and ensuring data is secure and properly utilised in line with data protection.
What you should bring to the role:
* Ability to identify and analyse irregularities and trends in data.
* Experience in creating data visualisations with the intended purpose of empowering data-led decision making.

* An understanding of SAP BO/ECC would be beneficial.
* Previous experience in capacity planning within an operational environment or the utilities industry, especially UK water companies, would be beneficial.
* A degree or equivalent within an analytical field is an advantage although not a requirement (e.g. Science, Maths, Geographical disciplines) or similar relevant experience working with data.
What’s in it for you?
* Competitive salary from £39,200 to £42,000 per annum.
* Annual Leave - 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service. (plus bank holidays)
