Purpose The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence, emphasising high performance, quality, and compliance to exceed targets. In this role you will utilise your skills in stakeholder management, influence, and coaching to enhance performance and IPS Fidelity in a specific area of contracts. You will directly line manage several operational managers and empower them to embrace continuous improvement and performance excellence. Your primary focus will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the seamless and efficient delivery of our services, tailored to meet the specific requirements of our commissioners and participants. This includes stakeholders both internal and external to Shaw Trust. You will drive continuous improvement and promote best practices across various service delivery domains. A pivotal aspect of this position involves identifying performance challenges and effectively motivating operational teams to find solutions and elevate performance levels. Essential: You will have: Education to degree level or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in fostering a culture conducive to high quality service delivery in adherence with the IPS Fidelity framework. This experience also includes an ability to demonstrate first hand knowledge and experience with the 8 principles and 25 anchor points of said framework Strong relationship management and management skills to provide direction, support, influence and mentoring to stakeholders Willingness to travel and work flexibly as part of the role Download the Job Description for full details. Location: You will be homebased with requirement to travel to contract delivery areas in London.
